Recipe Instructions:
1. Mix marinade, mayonnaise, honey and curry powder.
2. Fold in celery, green onions, raisins, pork and almonds – creating the pork mixture. (tip: mixture may be prepared ahead and refrigerated for a time saving idea.)
3. Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup of the pork mixture, roll up tortillas and serve.
Hint: Using light mayonnaise and leaner cuts of pork are great ways to reduce fat and cut calories.
