  • Ingredients

    • 1 each Mission® Medium/Soft Taco Super Soft Flour Tortilla

    • 1.5 oz. Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked

    • 1 Yellow pepper

    • 1 tsp. Olive oil

    • ½ cup Broccoli florets

    • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced

    • 1 tbsp. White beans, canned, drained, and rinsed

    • 1 tbsp. Roasted garlic alfredo sauce, ready-to-use

    • ⅓ cup Sharp provolone, grated

  • Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 425°F.

    • Roast the yellow pepper until charred on all sides, either directly on the flame of a gas grill or on a sheet pan under the broiler of an oven. Allow to cool before peeling the charred skin and slicing into strips.

    • Over medium heat, sauté the broccoli and garlic in olive oil until just underdone, 2-4 minutes. Drain and rinse white beans.

    • Place the tortilla in large pan over medium heat and toast until crisp on both sides before removing.

    • Spread the crisp tortilla with roasted garlic alfredo sauce and top with sausage, yellow pepper strips, white beans, and broccoli. Top with provolone and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
