8 Mission® White Corn Tortillas
½ cup Mission® Guacamole Flavored Dip
32 grilled steak strips, pre-cooked
1 small tomato, finely chopped (approx. ½ cup)
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
Place pre-cooked steak strips into a microwaveable container and heat on high according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
Warm tortillas in the microwave between damp paper towels for 10 seconds, move to work surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole dip down the middle of each warm tortilla. Top each with 4 warm steak strips followed by 1 tablespoon of chopped tomato and ½ cup of shredded iceberg lettuce.
Roll each topped tortilla into a cylinder and enjoy!
