4 each Mission® Gluten Free Tortilla
¼ cup Herbed cream cheese
½ cup Chicken sausage, cooked, crumbled
½ cup Egg whites, scrambled
¾ cup Monterey-jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup Green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh, chopped
As needed Salt and pepper
Pre-heat a conventional oven to 400°F. Place a cookie sheet upside down in the oven on a rack.
On each tortilla, spread 1 tbsp. herb cream cheese. Top each tortilla with 2 tbsp. chicken sausage, 2 tbsp. egg whites, 3 tbsp. shredded cheese, and 1 tbsp. green onion.
Carefully place the pizzas on the hot cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the tortilla is crisp and the cheese is melted.
To serve: cut each tortilla into fourths and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve.
