  • Ingredients

    • ¾ cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt

    • ¼ cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese, room temperature

    • 2 tsp Fresh Mint, minced

    • 2 tbsp Blueberries, fresh

    • 2 tbsp Frozen Mango, thawed, cut into small pieces

    • 4 Mission® Carb Balance Medium Flour Tortillas, warm

  • Instructions

    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese and mint. Mix well to combine.

    • Gently fold in blueberries and mango chunks.

    • Portion ⅓ cup of mixture onto the bottom third of each tortilla. Fold the sides and roll forward to form a cylinder.

    • Cut in half and serve.

  • Tips

    Try your own combination of fruits: strawberries and bananas; apples and raspberries; or kiwi and papaya.
    Add a tablespoon of granola for a healthful crunch.
