  • Ingredients

    • 4 Mission® Carb Balance Whole Wheat Soft Taco Tortillas

    • 1 lb. Turkey breast, ground

    • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

    • 2 tsp. Greek gyro seasoning

    • ¼ cup Cucumber, diced

    • ¼ cup Red onion, diced

    • ¼ cup Pinto beans, prepared

    • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

    • ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce, prepared

    • Salt to taste

  • Instructions

    • In a sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground turkey and Greek seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt to taste.

    • To assemble: Warm the tortillas by heating in a sauté pan over medium-low heat, or place into a storage bag with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Place ½ cup of cooked, seasoned turkey into each tortilla. Top the turkey with 1 tbsp. diced cucumber, 1 tbsp. diced red onion, 1 tbsp. pinto beans, ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, and 1 tbsp. tzatziki sauce. Roll into a wrap. Repeat for each tortilla.
