1 lb. Tortilla Chips Mission® (rounds)
1 lb. Beef Ground
1 cup Pace® Salsa or Picante Sauce
1 cup Queso Pace® warmed
½ cup Tomatoes diced
¼ cup Olives Black drained and sliced
¼ cup Peppers Jalapeño sliced or diced
½ cup Queso Crumbled (fresh, white Mexican cheese available in most grocery stores)
¼ cup Cilantro chopped
In a skillet, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat, add Pace® Salsa to skillet and heat through. Keep warm and set aside.
Arrange overlapping layers of Mission® Tortilla Chips on a serving platter. Cover with meat mixture, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños and drizzle with warmed Pace® Queso.
Sprinkle Queso Fresco and cilantro to taste. Serve immediately.
