  • Ingredients

    • 1 lb. Ground turkey

    • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked

    • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 tsp. Salt

    • ¼ tsp. Pepper

    • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder

    • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

    • 1 Egg

    • ½ cup Marinara sauce, warmed

    • 8 Mission® Fajita Carb Balance® Whole Wheat Tortillas

    • ½ cup Fresh basil, chopped

    • ½ cup Mozzarella, shredded

  • Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, quinoa, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and egg. Stir to combine. Portion out the meat into 24 balls, about 2 tbsp. each, and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an instant read meat thermometer reaches 165°F. Toss the meatballs with the marinara sauce.

    • To serve, on each tortilla, place three meatballs, 1 tbsp. mozzarella, and 1 tbsp. basil. Serve 2 per person.
