1 each Mission® Medium/Soft Taco Whole Wheat
1 tbsp. Herbed goat cheese
½ oz. Red onions, thinly sliced
½ oz. Kalamata olives, pitted, cut in half
½ clove Fresh garlic, sliced
1 tbsp. Feta cheese, crumbled
½ tsp. Olive oil
Arugula as needed
Pre-heat the oven to 350° F.
Spread the tortilla evenly with the goat cheese. Top with sliced red onions, kalamata olives, sliced garlic and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until tortilla is browned around the edges and the cheese is melty. Top with desired amount of arugula. Cut into 4 pieces and serve.
